If GreenGate is so bad why did that person live there 5 years before moving out. Your lease is up every year so you could have moved after the first year. Management has always been fair to me. But I do not go in there all MAD and try to tell them what to do instead of ASKING or requesting. There is a diffence on how you ask someone for something. The apartments are very nice, clean and lot of room. If you do not want to obey rules or be considered of your fellow neighbors, then GreenGate is NOT for you. We are a community that wants to have a safe place to live. Management will work with you on your request and repairs will be taking care of in a fair amount of time. Remember to Treat people like you want to be treated. We do not have a pool or party room. But we do have community and safe place to walk your dog or play with your kids. Great job GreenGate I love it here.

You have me mistaken with someone else. I have NOT lived here for 5 years nor do I plan to. This is a place to give YOUR review, you know where you get a chance to write about whether you like or dislike a place. I happen to dislike this place. I didn't realize that in order to be a truly happy person you can't dislike anything. Believe me if you knew me, you would know that I am by far not an unhappy person. These apts. are decent at best not great. Oh and I would really love to meet the nice and respectful people here because they sure don't live in my apt building...

For someone who lived there for 5 years I would rather be happy then Cheap. Everyone likes living here for the most part. But when it is time for them to move it is a dump. After your one year lease MOVE (Stay 4 more years who's the fool now). Gun shots where from BEEBEE not GreenGate. Get the facts right. Every apartment has car break in. So not just us. Please don't keep putting down where people live Just move on with your unhappy life.

I did live their for 5 years. It was only since the new owners took over did it go to pot! I loved the old owners, and the old aparment managers. The old maintenance team was phenomenal! But since Jack and crack staff of incompentant idiots took over...well.. Hence me moving out at the end of my lease!
