My husband and I have lived here since Dec 07 and I can't wait until my lease is up! I hate the staff that work here, if you can even call them staff. That would require you to do something. While they were re-roofing my ceiling started to leak. When I called they said oh, really' Thats it! That was after 3 voicemails too. In my building there is a maintence women that lives on the 1st floor and you should just call her a snitch. Becareful not to sneeze cause thats a noise complaint. Maggie (the office manager) is NEVER there and makes up her own rules as she goes along. I hate this place, and I can't wait to get out!!!!

I agree. How dare anyone complain about the fact that your dogs are always barking or the fact that you make all kinds of noise when coming or going from the building. Everyone should know that you are the only one that truly matters and that we should all run to kiss your backside every time you need something. The rest of us can not wait until you leave as well. You two faced you know what!

Hello when you re-roof there are going to be problems. If you would read the Green gate hand book the rules are the same for everyone. Just becasue you do not get your way. Adults are just like big kids when they do not get what THEY want. I know who wrote this and I must say I am gald you are moving out too. The hours are posted on the door of the office. When you run a business you have to be cost effected. You can call anytime and leave a message and they DO call you back. Not maybe with the answer you want(grow Up). The maintence lady has a name and maybe if you would ask her for something it Would get done. I believe you and your husband would be better off living in a house where YOU would not brother anyone. I cannot wait until December peace and quite. Good by.....

I lived here for 3 years, moved out 3 years ago though, when Gretchen was still the manager. I can honestly say that it was not all that bad, but I am truly glad we moved out. It was the only reasonably priced place that allowed dogs at the time. Sounds like all the posters here need to "grow up" as one poster stated, and perhaps get spell check.
