I lived there 2 years during this time I had my car egged and the air let out of my tire.Kids smoke in the hallways and leave burns all over & the halls smell.The secured entry door is usually ajar or broken.The walls are paper thin and people are very noisy.The last 6 months or more I did not feel safe living there.I had let management know of some of the issues but they did not do anything so I gave up.There does appear to be A LOT of drug dealing going on...cars stopping for short periods people running to/from the car.Cops even patrol the parking lot but that does not seem to help.
