I read these reviews, and I cant understand what these other people are comparing to. Silver Ridge, built in the 1986-87 ish range was built to the best they could be. Insulation, this is multi housing, unfortunately any where you rent, you may hear your neighbors. My vehicle has been here two years and has not been touched, what are they leaving out in sight' I have not had any issues with rodents, not once! However if they do, again, what are they leaving out' My walk in closet is huge and needed, I love it. My kids love the pool and play area. Management is great, friendly and able to help if you have the time to take and talk to them. Maybe the authors of these other reviews should have tried that! The only thing I could ask for is another bathroom.... but I knew that when I rented! I actually rented due to the staff, loved the leasing gal... Tiffany. If you check out Silver Ridge be sure to see her! Also, I love the new lights in the hallways, thank you for the updates! Maintenance, I love that the work is always completed within 24 hours.
