I am sitting at my computer right now listening to some bass coming from up stairs. i try to ignore it but i know its there. ive grown tired of calling the cops and talking to people that make noise. most of the time the cops do not show... its a crap hole. way to much money for nothing. the gym.. is a joke. some of the people that live here are scum. all i hear is the thud thud of someones crappy music and the itch of knowing that they don't care. never move here. if awful.

I agree! We have lived here for 4 long yrs. We are finally moving soon. The kids run wild in the parking lot. The only way you can get any peace & quiet is to spend money by running the air or going out. The entry door is always propped on so kids can run back & forth. My carpet is filthy was shampood when 1st moved in, but the previous tenants stains quickly resurfaced. The manangement shampood again but still stains keep resurfacing. This paced has turned section 8 in the last year. Most of the people who live here do not work. And the place nickels & dimes you with various fees like the tenants have to pay to light the hallways & heat the hallways. No elavaters!!

The building I live in is completely silent - hardly hear anything outside and never hear a thing inside. I have my windows open all the time and it is actually the quietest place I have ever lived. I don't hear any of my neighbors. All I hear is the road traffic, and once in a while cars come in or people outside - but it is a multi-unit complex. This place is half the price of my last apartment, and my last apartment was 1,000 times noiser.

I have lived here for 2 years and I can't wait to get out. My first year it was very quiet. The people who live on my floor have pretty much been the same and they were very nice neighbors. However, in the last year, it seems like they are just allowing anyone to move in everywhere else. There are people running up and down the halls, people outside at all hours of the night yelling etc. The police seem to be here all the time. The mgmt is always changing, bills are wrong, they painted the interior of the building 2 months ago, and still havent finished. Its half done and looks terriable, why would anyone want to take care of the place they live, if the the mgmt doesnt set a good example. I wouldnt live here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone, based on the failures of the mgmt.
