The management is unorganized and is always changing. In the 2 years I have lived at Silver Ridge, I can't even remember how many changes it has gone through. It always seems to be a huge mess. You must watch your rent statement carefully, as it is wrong every month. Some people get charged more for things such as a garage that others get free etc. They also send out late notices to people who have paid their rent etc. The buildings are not very well cared for. Tile in one entry way is broken, but they just keep putting the broken tile back down, which is such a safety risk. They paint the interior of the building, but didnt finish it. Its impossible to deal with the manager, she is rude and never really gives answers..always blames someone else. Many of the people who live here are very shady, and there is lots of turnover. It seems like the police are always here, and its very loud. This use to be a nice community, but it is going downhill very fast. It is also very expensive and the costs are always going up for things. Its not worth it at all. Policys are always changing and its very hard to keep track, which doesnt matter because the staff don't even follow this.
