I have lived at Silver Ridge for over 2 months. The staff here is wonderful. Any maintainance issues are addressed promptly. The common areas are newly carpeted and painted. The apartments have new appliances, ceiling fans in the master bed and new carpet. The fitness room and party room are wonderful. Brand new equiptment and furniture with huge LCD tv's. The even have a tanning bed for residents to use. It is well kept and they are always upgrading things. Paying the utilities more than makes up for what they have to offer and just shows me that they are using our rent to make this a great place to live. The office is open long hours and the pool is great. I recommend this property to all!!!
