Greengate Apartments 43% Recommended Apr 27 2008: I have lived her for less than a year, but my girlfriend has lived here since Dec. '06. Let me tell you about this place and give a review. -The floors are especially thin and hopefully the people above you are Greengate Apartments 43% Recommended Apr 23 2008: I'm a resident at Greengate, and it is a great place to live. The new management/owners are wonderful. They have made many improvements including new washer and dryers. Greengate Apartments 43% Recommended Mar 15 2008: I lived at Greengate from 2003-2005. A year into my stay I found out a resident was sleeping with the maintenance man. The rent was quite expensive for having no pool, exercise room, etc. I paid $695 for a 1 Silver Ridge Apartments 45% Recommended Dec 03 2007: I have only lived here a few months now, but I can tell you that I knew it was a mistake the first day I moved in. The people who live in my building are the scum of the earth Greengate Apartments 43% Recommended Oct 05 2007: I called the cops before moving in to ask how the place was. they said it has the lowest amount of problems out of all the aparments in maplewood. The rent is cheap we pay $755 for a 2 bedroom |
