Excellent value!!! - Karinsplass is very clean and well kept, spacious, with large windows for plenty of natural light! 24 hour maintenance is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is very nice with lots of cabinet and counter space. The building is very quiet and the walls are extremely thick so I have never heard the neighbors! Awesome management, great location - My husband and I moved here after we got married in September 2009. The apartments here are AMAZING. They have a great 1-bedroom set up with a bar instead of a dining area and a nice, big bathroom with the linen closet IN the bathroom. The unit I saw had a very nice kitchen with updated appliances, large bedrooms, a washer and dryer unit, and a good amount of storage space.
