Attractive Building- Be Warned: Poor Service and High Rent

125 Oak Grove is an attractive, old world, apartment building. Wonderful wood floors and great apartment features. The building, for the most part, is quiet with some great tenants who are friendly. The on-site management is friendly, however, often limited on what they can do for assistance to tenants.
Sadly, the apartment's are way overpriced for the service (or lack there of). The apartments are extremely cold. Attempts to ask for increase in heat are met with momentary remedies.
However, it must be pointed out that the building is kept neat and clean by the on-site staff.
The problems with this building stem more from a management company.
