The noise is unbearable. It's got I-94 right behind it... And if you're unlucky enough to have a bad neighbor the noise from them can be worse. The walls and front door do not block out sound very well. Eg. I can hear conversations word for word.
Parking, good luck it's horrible and it's getting worse. A huge complex is opening soon and the competition just got worse. You want a spot' 60$ extra and outside.
Safety, NOT SAFE. I'm not joking, the place was broken into last Oct. and someone was mugged in the stairwell.............. Sirens pretty much constant at night. I'm sick of it. I'm moving asap.
