The price is somewhat steep, but nearly everything is included. It's got a great location. It's gorgeous inside and very well maintained. All my friends just fall in love with my studio when they see it. It's got a sleek, modern look. It may be swarming with undergrads and somewhat party, but it's an enjoyable place on multiple buslines. I would recommend it, if you can afford it.
