This place is a nice building with a great location, but if you want to deal with a terrible staff do not apply to live here. It is not worth your time! My roommates and I went to ask the landlord John about 1301 and would not give us any information..he is such an ass. There is no reason to even apply here unless you want to deal with ------ service. There are plenty of other places to live with great location in the same area. I would look anywhere but there.
