I HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE WITH 1301!
DO Not sign a lease if:
-You/Your parents may have a possibilty of losing jobs within the next few months... 1301 does not do subletting or let you out of the lease!
-You are not Blonde, MGMT has a thing for young blonde girls.... and dont even think about it if you are any other kind of ethnicity... mgmt is very picky on their selection of renters
-You plan to have roomates.. 1301 mgmt will not let just you out of the lease.. everyone in the unit must leave for this option to be available.. but thats after you pay out the rest of your lease plus an 85% of one months rent fee for them to find a "suitable" replacement.. which who knows who/when they will pick someone
-There is a possibilty of you having any kind of illness or death occur in which you will not be able to make your monthly rent payments... as stated in the lease at 1301 "Even an act of God, you are bound by the lease"
1301's lease IS written in STONE... be very careful to not have any major life occurances while living in this building...
That said MGMT is horrible
The place smells like puke every weekend from all the people being let in and out of the building on weekends and destroying the place although I must say mgmt must have been getting sick of the smell as they have just now hired someone to clean
