I have had two children residing in 1301 University apartments, spanning a time period of five years, and I would like to express my gratitude to the management, especially John Bilski, for making the living arrangements a fantastic experience for all of us. As a parent I have felt secure in my kid's safety, and 1301 has the right environment for them to enjoy college life and still have a place to study. If a question or issue has come up, John has responded in a timely fashion and made all necessary arrangements. He has the right demeanor to effectively work with both the students and their parents.
