cheap and simple, but good

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
This building is old, but the staff is good and the company is family run and they care. The rent is reflective of what you get. Kind of small, but my unit had a great view and it was on a corner so it was a lot bigger. They allow dogs so that's good for me but the hallways have dog hair around sometimes. My bath tub was one of those old antique deep ones and it was awesome.
