I live in the 22 Oak Grove building. Very old clunky buildings but it is cheap. Someone else mentioned theves. Yes, there is crime. My buddy got mugged in that alley behind the building. Also I saw a car that had scratches and a mirror missing. It had been sidswiped and nobody left a note. Just this particular block is at a scary dead end where there is little traffic. I don't have a car so I don't mind living here. If you like old buildings try the Brentwood across the street from 110 Grant. They are very similar but in much better condition and a better location.
