You do get what you pay for. I lived in the 22 Oak Grove Building for a year. My friend was mugged in the alley. There is never parking. Basically, right across the street is I-94. Noisy, dusty, old building. Spent three days cleaning before moving out, and still only got 200 out of the 600 deposit back. I was never happy when I lived there. It is just to small and not well kept.
