Building is VERY cold in the winter and in mediocre condition otherwise. The electric bill we be high in the summer for air conditioning, as insulation is minimal. The neighborhood is not especially safe, and firetrucks will wake you up at 3am EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! This is not an exaggeration. Nonrefundable pet rent also required, per pet. Building manager is dishonest, as we were overcharged on materials for repairs over 200%. She (Diane) is also very nosy, and will impose herself on the residents if you make yourself known. Her husband is a lawyer, and they make a practice of cutting corners and cheating the residents of security deposits. They also lied about the lease agreement, as they would not accept a 60-day notice to vacate, indicating they needed 61 days,even though the lease stipulated 60. They will charge you $35 per room $25/ hour for dust, and the same additionally for dirty baseboards, despite ordinary wear-and-tear being covered by property managers in a typical lease agreement. The landlord is also spiteful, as she threatened to tow our Uhaul at 5pm on the last day of our lease, even though we technically had until midnight that night according to our agreement.

Totally agree with this post. Area has also had 3 cars vandalized in the last 4 days as well! Very very noisy too. This review couln't be more on with the owners, they are awful. Good luck to you if you choose here!
