Its unbelivable, even after management and you yourself spray the place down with insecticides, they come back the very next day. These bugs must be of a mutant kind that reproduce easily! This place is fine - I've been here 18 months. My place is quite. I don't hear my neighbors. Never any electric/construction problems. Never had any safety issues. I drilled a bunch of holes in my walls hanging shelves, and for a very fair price maintenance patched them the next day. Tenants as far as I can tell are mature and friendly, though I work a lot.
