UPI is taking over Mpls and sucking the life out . . .

I also have learned the hard way about UPI. It's a very common move for this company to DOUBLE the rent, cut everything that cost's any money.
They were 2 hours late to our pre-scheduled meeting to sign the lease. They could not find the key's to open our apartment. Once open we found a dog was locked in by one of the "cleaners."
Once in we found a totally trashed apartment. With 8 people standing by to help us move in, we waited and waited. 3 weeks later the non-english speaking painter tried to tell us the blue ceiling had been painted white.
We even had several fires in the dinner room over head light.
