I moved in three weeks ago, the freight elevator was broke down. So I had to carry my leather couch up 5 stories of stairs. I settled in that night to find that all the drains were plugged. The 2nd night here our fuse blew and the care taker(tristen) tried to help us and he couldn't get the power back on so for 4 days we had to have extension cords running down the hallway. When I called the emergency maintenance # Lisa answered and chewed me out for calling at 5 am. So for 4 days we had to use the laundry room bathroom to do dishes and goto the bathroom. I wasn't able to get the sundeck key or our 2nd set of apt keys for 2 weeks. Currently the freight elevator is still broken, and last night the only other elevator broke...No one is fixing it!! I have been on the waiting list for parking since I got here, and Lisa told me yesterday they raised the prices to $75 outside, $85 under ground. It's an ok little apt....but getting this management to fix anything or even get a simple key is impossible. Good luck and I hope this helped you decide.
