Boy, it sure looked like it would be a great place. I couldn't have been more wrong. The freight elevator has been broken since May and though there was a sign up saying they would work on it, it hasn't run since. The other elevator has broken down several times since over the weekends (when no one will fix them) leaving people with kids, laundry, or elderly visiting parents stuck if they live in any of the upper floors.

I don't feel safe there anymore - two nights ago a fire alarm went off at 2:30 am - the bottom three floors were covered with gook from a fire extinguisher and at least one door had a gang insignia sprayed on it. Charming. It's just not a good place to live. A shame considering its location (though parking couldn't be worse).
