Excellent building, and even better staff. - I have been living in this building for nearly 2 years now, I transfered from one apartment to another here a year ago. Both Apartments had excellent water pressure, never run out of hot water. The amenities include basic cable tv, which has a channel where you can view the security cameras to see who is ringing the door, or how busy the laundry room is. The pool area is ...Full review of The Buckingham Apartments

A Very Good Place To Live - I love it here, and cant say enough good things about living here. Almost everything gets fixed pretty quickly. The Manager is friendly, and will always try to help you if you talk to him. He has even helped me with school work and papers when he's had time. Its fairly very quiet compared to other places in Dinkytown, and fairly well taken care of compared to a lot of the other ...Full review of 600 10th Avenue SE

Best Apartment Ever!!! - Because of my job I have rented all over the country and have to say that the Karinsplass are the best (in ten years of renting). The walls are thick (can't hear the neighbors), the windows let all the sunshine in, close to everything (University, Theater, and downtown), parking garage, they pay my heating bill, great maintenance, friendly staff...do I need to ...Full review of Karinsplass Apartments

Great place to live - My partner and I moved in shortly after this place opened in 2007. All the apartments we looked at had ample closet space, which was very important to us. The kitchen and bathrooms are the best part of this facility. Easy to keep clean and all look very modern but are also very functional. Convenient access to light rail, bus lines and short drive to downtown. We had two cars and ...Full review of Hiawatha Flats

Not perfect, but it served my needs. - I found the staff to be friendly and helpful; any repairs were done quickly and well. My favorite things about it: the year-round heated pool, the fitness room, underground heated garage with carwash area. My least favorite things: it really could use a cosmetic makeover inside; walls and stairs look worn and shabby in some areas. The continuing problems with the water leak in the ...Full review of Woodhaven Apartments

Amazing place to live - This apartment complex is truly a wonderful place to live. The buildings are covered in vines that look gorgeous in the spring summer and fall. The courtyard in back is gated, peaceful and clean with a wide variety of plant and animal life to explore. Sour Grapes - What a sad review written before mine. With that long list of complaints, it's obvious that person would never be happy anywhere in life. I lived at the Allegro for 3 years. The apartment was spacious, the building well maintained, and the price was pretty fair for the area. Yes, I had to walk my trash out. But since I am not a lazy slob I had no issues with it. ...Full review of Allegro Apartments

Decent place - I've lived here for 2 years now and for the most part I really like this complex. I've never really had many complaints, aside from noisy neighbors, but that isn't necessarily the fault of the management company. There are some issues with bugs, but nothing major. I've had silverfish in my bathroom for 2 years, but usually only during winter and it's nothing ...Full review of Plymouth Terrace Apartments

Great proximity to downtown Minneapolis, relatively nice building - Parking: For residents, it is fine. 1) Underground ($50/month), 2) Reserved surface lot space ($25/month), 3) free, unreserved surface lot space. There is no guest parking at all, which can be frustrating since there is limited street parking in this area that doesn't require feeding a meter 8am-10pm every day.
Building: The building is pretty good for the most ...Full review of Grant Street Commons
