I love it here, and cant say enough good things about living here. Almost everything gets fixed pretty quickly. The Manager is friendly, and will always try to help you if you talk to him. He has even helped me with school work and papers when he's had time. Its fairly very quiet compared to other places in Dinkytown, and fairly well taken care of compared to a lot of the other dumpy apartments around here. Ive been here almost 5 years now, and cant imagine living anywhere else.
