Great place - I lived in the Hennepin Crossing tower for 2 years, and it was worth every penny of my rent. The location trumps it all: walk to bars/clubs, jump right to 94 and back so no need to worry about traffic, and I also used to bike to Lake Calhoun through Uptown or using the trails that go underneath the 94 bridge.
