Dont even waste your time. The grounds are not too bad, but that really is the only good thing. Management does like to play with people. If they dont like you for any reason, you wont get a thing fixed. My dishwasher has been broken for 2 years, the fan in my bathroom doesnt work, and I dont have any control over my heat, so in the winter, I roast my behind off. I have to open the windows and turn on the fan. Oh-dont forget that my air conditioner was so old that when running it during the summer months, my electric bill would be no LESS then 125.00--this is a 1 bedroom apt. My car has been broken into 2 times, my husbands 3 times AND i had my tires stolen. My car was sitting on cement blocks. Management doesnt care. There is no security, cameras or otherwise. This place may be cheap, but it's NOT worth it. The neighboors are loud drunks and drug addicts. The place is a mess and the pool is always closed. the exercise equipment in the exercise room is all broken, and my garage doesnt lock. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!

Security? I didn't see any when I was there and I moved out in 2006. I wouldn't be surprised if some of these comments come from the management trying to improve their image. It's sad really. This place was really a terrible place to live in. Though the redone units look nice, it is not worth the inconvenience of the crime or the smell of pot or meth in the hall.
