Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2008
i found out that standard rent is 735 dollars, and they charge me 769 dollars a month, seem that they are ripping me off. not happy. other than that, things seem doing very well. the heater broke down, they tried so hard to get it fixed, then finally it is fixed as expected. air conditioner, old one was not working properly, they replaced to brand-new one that made me happy. got garage to secured my car, never had problem. only one problem i have is balance of rent that are ripping me off, that is all i am mad at....right now i am trying to find apartment in los angeles just like this apartment execpt balance of rent....i am on section 8 voucher...
