Beach South Apartments

This place could be better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Let me start with the positive...if you have a maintence issue, it is resolved quickly. Townhomes are REALLY nice, apartments are cute. Great location! Negatives.....if you like a quite place to live, this isn't it! Not only are the walls thin, but the houses across the street have highly noisy people! There are several houses that have about 30 people living in them. There are CONSTANTLY kids playing in the street and it can be impossible to drive down the street at times. They do not move for you. Also, police seem to be called frequently. In two years, I had 3 different sets of neighboors living above me. 2 of 3 of them no longer lived there because they were hauled out by police and never seen again. Their girlfriends then ended up evicted as a result of not being able to pay rent on their own because their drug dealing boyfriends were not there any more. If the place was cleaned up, and renters were better screened, and the people across the street were gone, I would of stayed, but when I don't want my kid going outside to play any more because I am afraid, it's not good. We were also woke up several times from gun shots.
