i enjoy it here very much! i havent been living here longer than a month but i really like it! the staff won me over the very first day! very friendly and quick to respond. there is soooo many great things; u only share the laundry room with 5 other apartments, the apartments are decent size with lots of closet space, the property is amazing it's right on Twin lake and has tons of room to run (which my dog loves and thats a plus), i cant forget to mention the indoor pool, sauna and fitness room!! no doubt it is an apartment building so of course u hear the neighbors around u, but we are probably just as loud, even louder on fri and sat nights...:)! opps! well if u want an affordable, clean, plenty of space place to live, BEACH SOUTH is the answer! You'll u receive a large balcony or patio (or both if u rent a townhouse)! there's always a selection of dvds at the office, free to rent for all residents which can always come in handy. i do have to add something that does drive me crazy. there isnt always close enough parking to ur apartment so usually at night u have to park on the other side of the lot and walk, not that big of deal untill winter comes...!brrr but that's MN i found out! well Beach South is a community, there is diversity which keeps it interesting!
