I'm updating my review from my previous one titled "so far so good". Well, yeah it was too good to be true. My first year here was great. I had no real complaints other than the people who lived across the street (in rental property) who'd let their house full of children run and play in the street all day long. It was horrible!! You damn near had to hit the little gremlins to get through the street. Anyways, things have slowly fallen apart here. Parking is a hassle, my neighbors are loud and obnoxious, the building I live in is never clean, folks leave dog poo everywhere, maintenance left my door unlocked once after they repaired something the WRONG way and had to come back and fix it AGAIN, the work out room has faulty equipment that doesn't work, must I go on... It's not doing it for me anymore here. I don't feel safe here anymore and I feel the new management could do better. My biggest compliant is the people who have pets should be respectful of the others around them. If you're looking for something quick and this is the only place you find, great... If you have time to search around PLEASE do.... You can find something way better!!!!

i think its great here! I do have to agree that parking sucks and some people don't pick up their dog poo... but the management seems on top of things. when i've had something that needed to be repaired or replaced, it gets done!! i do love the indoor pool but it is under construction right now which is a real pain!! and the noisy neighbors are probably us so im not complaining about that! i say this is a very enjoyable place to be with a great view! i feel safe, cozy and relaxed!

i think it's just fine here! i agree with the parking and the dog poo it is a little annoying, but they've made a designated area for doggie business now, the pool IS getting fixed to make it of better use for us and if you've ever rented any apartment anywhere else in the world, you should know parking is always a hassle. This person who is having it hard here must really be having a bad time because it's not at all like that here from what I see. I feel like I have a home for once!
