Beach South Apartments

A good place to live ! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/31/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I love living here. I was really greeted warmly by the staff and they genuinly cared about my situation when i first moved in a few months ago. This place is a great apartment/townhome community and I love it. The staff is still warm, friendly and responsive and the buildings and pool are well maintained. I will be glad when they update the fitness room however. This is the only "flaw" that I have found with Beach South so far. If there is a maintenance issue they address it promptly and they stay on top of people who are responsible when it comes to taking proper care of their dogs, which i think is great. I would strongly reccomend this property to friends, family and anyone in search of a nice affordable townhome or apartment. I mean afterall how many opportunities do the "no rich yet" people in society get to live on a lake'!!
