We just renewed our lease for one of the twinhomes. The rent was raised which was expected, but now we are going to be responsible for our garbage, water and sewer, most things you would expect the property to pay for. Basically we got double raised on the rent. I think they are looking for ways to cover the costs to purchase and remodel the units in the area.
The unit if fine, but the rent is getting up there. They say "market value", I say they have us in so let's raise the rent since we do not want to move yet.
The amenities are nice with a new work out room, indoor pool and living on Twin Lake. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is convenient to the highways and shopping.

I recently moved from one of the twin homes into a side by side 4-bedroom townhome, and yes it's a little more pricey but let's face it, you pay for what you want. Beach South is one of the nicest apartment/townhome communities in Robbinsdale. There are regular patrols made by the police to enhance your feeling of safety, nice neighbors, a abeautiful senic view and grounds, walking path not to mention the awesome ammenities. My family and I were welcomed wholeheartedly when we first came here and now we have signed a new lease and upgraded because we love the atmoshphere,and the high level of customer service offered by the management staff. It's a great place to live if your renting, and you know what sometimes "quality" comes with a price. Sure they have to charge slightly higher rents to keep it nice, but at least the money is going back into the community and not elsewhere! Signed, A very happy renter

Although costs are rising all around, for all of us, we at Bigos Management try to put as much back in to Beach South as possible.
