i've lived here for a year, and would stay longer except that my boyfriend got a job in florida. :(
my friends and family are always telling me what a nice place i have, that it's charming and cute. they love to visit and spend time in the neighborhood.
i love the french doors in my 1 1, the hardwood floors creak when i walk and my cat loves the low windowsills (perfect for people/bird/squirrel watching).
