I have been in Belmont for a VERY VERY Long time. From the day I can remember how good the management and the building was being taking care of, till this Witch Manager Mary Lies walked into the office. I Just wonder how did the Asset Management and in what dumpster they found Mary' She needs to be removed. Even she has been in the office for almost 10 years I hear from most tenants Mary dose not show as much care as she used to. The Good old Beautiful Belmont Building is going down hell. You see leaking going on in most hallways, in the basement where it's made to Bicycle storage when it rains you smell mildew, The laundry room its never swept or moped. You constantly hear the drunken neighbors and when you let the witch in office know she just tells you she will see what she can do. Even the parking lot is nothing but hell, I can keep on going I even hear complaints about how bad Mary is doing with her job and she even snaps at tenants when they ask her for fixing and etc.....
I some times wonder dose the Asset Management knows how dissatisfy most Belmont tenants are' and dose the management office realizes there money in there pocket comes from the tenants rent' I didn't think so.

I have NO idea what this person is talking about! Mary is a WONDERFUL building manager and has never treated me with anything but care and attention. She does a great job managing the building and people in it, who represent the full spectrum of types of people.
