Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
When we moved into our apartment I was told I would recieve new carpet from the property Manager. To say the lease the carpet smelled like smoke and had bad stains all over the carpet. Also, the plumbing leaks behind the toliet. of course this building seams to attract cops and people under low income housing. Do not move here to much trouble. We are moving ASAP>
