I rented here for 1.5 yrs. The apt was a dark, dirty dungeon. Cracks, holes in floor everywhere. Make sure you have a cat to catch the mice! They are not the best at fixing things. It is fairly cheap rent, but you definitely don't get what you pay for. The whole bldg is in need of renovation. Also I have heard from a neighbor who had taking her trash out had got rubbed, the trash cans are not placed in an open area where you can be seen while you are taking the trash out. The last but not least don't put your hope on getting your deposit back when the management tells you the amount of time that will take for the return of your deposit.
