My fiance and I moved in 5/07. We have really noisy neighbors above us. Management hasn't done much to help solve the problem. The old tenants move out and now louder ones moved in. Getting things repaired is slow. Overall as a building with a long history its alright and the truth about the neighborhood when we did the checking on crime rate high in sexual assault and robbery. Including the manager is not on time when it comes to doing repair and for what we have heard Mary the Manager if she likes you alot and you become a buddy with her she will have your repairs be done ASAP as of "big Favor" talking about "favoritism" I feel like what a way to get scam and to keep paying our rent to such sick and twisted management. We can't wait until we move out.
