I live in a 4 bedroom suite in Bierman and have no complaints. The rent is cheaper than anything else with the same facilities (laundry, weight room, tanning beds, cable, internet, offstreet or underground parking!)and the location is unbeatable (right in Dinkytown on the U of M Campus!). The other residents are fun and Management is very friendly and helpful. When i put in a work order to get something fixed, it is done the next day. I really like living in Bierman. It really is the best deal for student housing.
