In regards to the last post, I am laughing out loud right now.
First off, if you were a normal smart human being you would probably read the lease thoroughly and see that the lease YOU signed expires on 8/21/09. So, instead of just picking your own date to move-out, you should probably read over your lease before signing.
Secondly, the windows are not plastic, and if they were they would be a better insulator than what the glass windows are. Nowhere @ the U of M will you find FREE PARKING, that is ridiculous. And I think almost everyone knows that. Underground is $95.00 and my roommate has surface for $75.00. Also if you need to park for a couple of hours during the day, the office staff is more than willing to let you do so for free.
Thirdly, the tanning bed is not broken. I just went yesterday...not quite sure if you are still a current resident but your facts are completely ridiculous.
As far as the windows and heat circulation, yes it does get a little cold but the maintenance man has informed us that if you put your settings on low, it will work way better.
As far as noise...we are in college and in the heart of dinky town, what do you expect' And for the cleaning in the morning..would you rather wake up to a nasty complex that no one cleans' Probably not.
So in regards to your complaint, you're right Bierman Place is definitely not for you! My entire apartment is renewing, hopefully we won't be hearing any more complaints from you next year.
