I lived here for a summer, subleasing from some guy. The price is a bit steep, but the building is very well-constructed. THICK walls. However, it's right on 14th Ave and after bars get out the drunk people staggering home can be quite loud.
The staff is AMAZING, very helpful and kind. I only lived here for 3 months, but I'd recommend it, if you're willing to shell out the cash.
