The location is really the only good this about this place. It's a glorified, expensive dorm. The management is relatively nice, but unprofessional. The maintenance guy is clueless and doesn't know how to fix most of the issues in the apartments. The bathrooms are huge while bedrooms and the living room are tiny and barely have enough room for furniture. Finally, they will take ridiculous amounts off your security deposit no matter how clean the apartment is when you leave. Pass on Bierman - your money's better spent somewhere else.
