| 03/22/2013 | Hands down, the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Considering I lived in 1301 before Bierman, I knew it would be a little bit of a downgrade, but I didn't think it would be so extreme. Our electricity bill is at least $180/month, equaling my rent at 1301, which is absolutely ridiculous as 1301 is much nicer and better managed. There are constantly issues with the apartment itself, which is odd because it's not an old building.
