Great Place with Bad Management

I have lived here for two years, I loved the place until they started changing the utility policy. They now bill you for having lights in the hallways. There is a base charge of $25 just for having the common area's available to you, and even if you don't use the AC or Heat you still get charged for it being available to you. So if you use them, you not only have to pay the regular Excel energy bill, but also write out a check to Oaks Braemar on top of it. Yes landscaping is nice, but that is where the goodness ends. They never repair or replace things that are broken, unless it could damage the property, then they are there within 24 hours.

When one has to complain anonymously and keeps on living there, says a lot about the character like this...educating self before speaking negatively and incorrectly would probably be out of the ordinary.
The utility bill the unknown is talking about is the gas bill used by all the residents in the building to have heat, and air conditioning and hot water. The water is treated so it is not as bad as it is, good advice would be to drink bottled water no matter where you live.
As far as the management, they did not receive awards for uneducated reasons.
Maybe you should do some more research and find a property who would do you better services!!
