The place looks nice and the apartments themselves have a decent layout, but winter grounds maintenance is not good--thick ice buildups on sidewalks, etc. One first-floor resident came home every night at 1 am and CRANKED the music so it woke us up on the third floor, and kept the music on for hours. Bloomington PD responded several times on these noise complaints, management was made aware, but the tenants remained all summer, despite an alleged "3 strikes you're out" policy. Management also reneged on a Buy/Build clause that was in our original lease, and we didn't have the energy to fight it. We were so happy to get out of there it didn't matter.
