I've lived there for 3 years. The first two in a very nice quiet corner of the complex. A very good experience. Only downside was that people constantly walk their dogs through the grass and never pick up after. 8 mos. ago I moved to a larger unit...very bad area of the complex. I was amused to see it called "the trailer park corner" in a review here. Just nasty! There isn't even grass from all of the dog waste! The unit is run down and the neighbors are disgusting and very rude. DO NOT rent here unless you speak to all the neighbors first. There may be good areas of the community, but save yourself lots of anguish and ask around first.

as someone who has lived in both areas of the complex there are no spots free of dog poo
