I have lived at the Bristol going on two years. I have been very happy with my apartment and the girls at the office. The maintenance around here is the best I have ever seen. I have lived at various locations and the lcation is by far my favorite. Hyland Park is directly across the road and I can walk/bike or even cross country ski.
