DON'T MOVE IN HERE!!!!!I lived in a townhome for almost 4 years...It was a fantastic place in the beginning...then the construction hell!! Once that was over it was fairly o.k. again...then the upstairs neighbor...doggie door above the master bedroom window. Supposedly management kept telling him to remove the door, he would for a couple of days or weeks then he decided he didn't have to obey the lease rules any longer and in the doggie door would go again with the unhealthy results of dogs being on the deck from 5:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m or so!!! The management team did nothing about this horrible problem...dog pee and poop on the deck right above the master bedroom window...watch out if you have the bedroom window open it does come in when the dogs lift their legs and pee down the side of the building!! Maybe the health department needs to be called. This management team is very wishy washy and gets nothing accomplished!!
