Hello, I've lived here for going on two years and I've never had a problem with anyone either resident or management. There are a number of pet owners and the majority are responsible enough to pick up after themselves however, just like anywhere else you might live, there are going to be one or two who simply think they're too good to pick up dog poop. There's a good mix of demographics among the residents as well which keeps us younger folks in check from having loud parties when we know that right next door is a couple with small children. All in all, a nice place to live and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking at this area.
