We just moved into this place only a few months ago and we've all ready had maintenance in our place at least 7 times. Both bathroom toilets leaked it took them four different times to finally fix the issue by replacing the toilets. The dryer needs to be run twice in order to dry anything. We've all ready had Orkin come in to get rid of the ants, which did no good. It's not summer time nor are they in the kitchen - they come through the caulk in the bathroom and the trim work in the living room. We also heard rodents running above us in the ceiling and have been reporting it for months and we still here them. I also saw a mouse on my porch, which only confirmed it. They'd probably be in our apartment if it werent for my two cats. Oh and the first night we moved in we had a major leak in our kitchen through the drywall because they forgot to put in the shingling above us. Again, we've only been living here for less than 3 months and thank goodness we only signed a 6 months lease. They've done nothing to compensate us for all of these inconveniences and in most cases these issues still aren't fixed! I highly suggest living anywhere else!!!! I have never had problems like these and I just moved from a hundred year old building in downtown Minneapolis, if that tells you something.
